Folks, I'm almost scared to say this out loud. 

I’m afraid I might call down some fateful weather god. But it’s beautiful out this morning. The humidity is gone, and it’s a balmy 68F at 8:00 am! 

Shhh! Settle down! Don’t cheer so loud!

Ma Nature will hear you and wake up. I’ve come to think she must be going through perimenopause, too. What with her hot flashes, night sweats, and forgetting what day it is. One minute she’s as sweet as can be, and the next she’s pissed off for no apparent reason. 

Yup, I can relate, Ma.

I wanted to send a quick Friday morning email to help us all get the weekend started on the right foot – by setting things on fire. At least, that’s what I’ll be doing at my place. I picked up a new gardening gadget last month, and hoo-boy, I wish I had bought this thing ages ago! It’s a propane weed torch. Check it out!

And speaking of decorative gravel, I put several popular weed control methods to the test recently.
