My worst garden ever!

This may end up being my worst garden ever. But it will only be for one season. I forgot how much work is involved in setting up an entire garden from scratch.

Especially when you’re only one person. 
Especially when you’re setting up a big garden. 
And especially when it’s been an uncommonly rainy spring and summer.  

And that’s okay!

As I’ve said before, my favorite thing about gardening is that you get a do-over every year. So, I’ve slowed down and let go of the driving need to get everything done so I could grow everything this year. 

Here’s what I learned setting up my Vego Garden raised beds. It’s been an eye-opening journey. It's one thing to set up a raised bed, it's another to start a whole new garden from scratch.
 

And because I've always wondered...is it really so bad to water your garden at night? 

While my outdoor garden is slowly coming along, I'm still able to grow a few things indoors with my grow lights.

My favorite garden tools have certainly come in handy this season, too.
