Greetings, Rural Sprout readers,

I’m off on vacation now that the garden is tidied up and all the canning is finished. (Mostly.)

I thought I would leave you with a few fall articles to help you deal with all the leaves in your yard, or will be soon. And if you’ve never thought about mulching your garden at the end of the season, you might want to reconsider. There are some great benefits to adding a layer of mulch before the snow flies.
